Sometimes there are cases that the courier company has problems with delivery (delay in delivery or the package is lost). In any case, first try to contact the delivery person, if this does not give you anything, please contact you and we will solve your issue!

If you live in any EU country, then without any doubt, order and don't worry about your order, and it is best to use DHL parcel delivery. If you are located outside the EU area, then please contact us so that we can provide you with information on the possibility of delivery to your country, as well as inform you about the price of delivery and guarantees. In 99% of cases we ship as quickly as possible, even on the day of order. Most often in Poland, orders are accepted and dispatched until 11-14 o'clock and then the parcel usually arrives the next day. Deliveries within Europe usually take 2 to 4 days.

Of course, this is where we differ. We provide a full 100% guarantee on delivery of the entire product. If a dead colony arrives, we will send you a new one or refund your money for the colony. But remember to take a video of the unpacking of your order.
