Execution of the contract

The order is processed after the Online Store receives the confirmation of the transaction from the entity executing the payment, about which the customer is informed by e-mail. The seller immediately begins the preparation of the order.

The time of order fulfillment depends on the availability of the Product and the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction from the entity executing the payment.

In the absence of the ordered Product or the inability to fulfill the Customer’s order for other reasons, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer about the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the registration form or will provide information by phone to the number indicated by the Customer in the registration form or form orders.   • cancellation of the entire order (in such a situation, the Seller will be released from the obligation to perform the order);
  • cancellation of the order in the part where the implementation is not possible within the prescribed period;
  • division of the order and setting a new deadline for that part of the order;
  • Withdraw from the contract of sale within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Principles of execution of orders for Goods

Orders shipped only on Business Days.

The time of order fulfillment indicated by the Online Store is the sum of the time for the completion of the Goods by the Seller, their transfer for shipment and transport via the Entity carrying out the shipment. It is counted from the moment of order confirmation by the Online Store and is from 1 to 5 Business Days. More than 2 days for foreign shipments.

The goods are shipped by the Seller via courier. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order form. Any changes to the delivery address made by the Customer after sending the order will be made at the Customer’s expense.

The full guarantee of ant delivery is valid only within the European Union. In case of ordering outside the European Union, our store only guarantees the arrival of a living queen or colony or part thereof. In case of deliveries outside the European Union, warranty conditions can be agreed on an individual basis.

How long does live ant delivery take?

1 to 2 business days inside Poland via InPost. 2 to 3 days to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium via DHL. 3 to 4 days to Spain. 3 to 5 days to other EU countries. 4 to 7 days to the United Kingdom via DHL.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all 27 EU member states and to the United Kingdom. Non-EU non-UK destinations (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) — DHL by default, EMS as fallback per case. No import paperwork required from you.

How much does shipping cost?

Inside Poland InPost is free over 999 PLN, otherwise a small flat fee. EU and UK shipping costs depend on weight and destination — calculated at checkout, no hidden surcharges.

Do you ship live ants in winter and summer?

Yes, year-round. Winter orders include a 72-hour heat pack rated to keep the queen above 18 °C in transit. Summer orders include a cool gel pack and ventilated packaging to hold the queen below 28 °C through heat waves.

What if I am not home when the live ant package arrives?

InPost orders go to a parcel locker — pick up any time within 48 hours. DHL attempts redelivery the next business day and holds the package at the local depot if redelivery fails. The package can survive 48 to 72 hours in the thermal box.

Can I track my live ant shipment?

Yes — every order receives a tracking number on dispatch day, with door-to-door visibility through InPost (Poland) or DHL (EU and UK).

Why is the package not collected by the courier yet?

Couriers occasionally delay first-pickup by a day during peak seasons or weather events. We monitor every active shipment and follow up directly if the tracking shows no movement after 24 hours.

Do you ship live ants to the UK?

Yes. We ship to the United Kingdom via DHL in 4 to 7 business days. No import paperwork is required from you — we handle every shipment the same way as inside the EU.

Are there any hidden customs fees for the UK?

No additional fees from your side. We declare the shipment, pay the required duties, and you receive the package the same way as an EU order.

What carriers do you use?

InPost for Poland (parcel lockers), DHL for the EU and the UK, and occasionally Pocztex as a fallback. We do not use UPS, DPD, or FedEx.
