The formicarium is ideal from small to a big size ants such as: Messor structor/barbarus/arenarius, Camponotus nicobarensis/fedtschenkoi/irritans/floridanus/singularis, Myrmecocystus, Myrmicaria, Formica. Pheidole, Cataglyphis

All the formicarium chambers have plaster linings, which maintain high humidity for the moisture-loving ants. The formicarium is gap-free, and the arena lid has additional crossbars that secure it in place.
