Use the three slider doors to keep the colony in part of the nest at first and open chambers as numbers grow — they’ll keep the space cleaner and more humid that way.

Comfort uses two internal sponge humidity chambers. Add water through the 3 mm port with a syringe once or twice a week and it spreads passively between the acrylic layers, keeping the nest evenly moist without ever wetting the colony directly. No spraying, no guesswork.

Laser-cut micro-perforations run through the arena and nest, giving continuous passive airflow without drafts. Fresh air and controlled moisture keep condensation and mold away — just don’t over-water, and clear leftover food promptly.

The fitted acrylic lid and arena walls keep workers contained. For tiny or climbing species, a thin band of anti-escape fluid around the arena rim adds extra security.
